Additionally, if you have an existing partnership with a particular delivery service, you are welcome to use your own preferred provider. We are flexible and accommodate your shipping needs as requested by the client.

The shipping cost is determined based on factors such as package size, weight, and destination. With established partnerships with FedEx and DHL, we strive to offer competitive express prices to our customers. For added security, we purchase insurance for parcels of significant value. Please note that some products may be subject to ITAR restrictions, leading to potential delays in shipping lead time. We comply with all export policies and regulations to ensure a smooth shipping process.

We guarantee prompt delivery, usually within 1-2 business days from the date when all items have arrived at our warehouse. Our operational days are from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. It's important to note that duties, taxes, and any additional fees related to customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Our charges cover only the package transportation fee. For estimates of potential additional costs, we recommend contacting your country's customs office.
