We also maintain a live quality score for every supplier. If a supplier’s performance drops below 90%, they are immediately blacklisted and removed from our network. That means you only receive parts from vendors who consistently meet our standards.

2. Transparent Procurement

Before you place an order, you’ll receive a detailed quote that includes:

• Manufacturer name
• Date code (if available)
• Part condition and warranty terms
• Lead time and price validity

This helps you make an informed decision with complete transparency.

3. Third-Party Quality Testing (On Request)

For high-value, sensitive, or customer-specified parts, we can arrange third-party authenticity and functionality testing through certified global labs.

Test reports can be shared prior to dispatch for added confidence.

We offer secure, traceable shipping worldwide. You can choose to ship using your own DHL, FedEx, or UPS account, and we ensure proper handling to prevent damage or ESD exposure.

Most parts come with a 30 to 60-day warranty based on the nature of the component and supplier terms. If there’s ever an issue—such as a faulty, inauthentic, or misrepresented part—we’ll replace or refund the item promptly.
